Assessments

We provide a range of psychological assessment services at a self-pay rate for adults including:

• Learning disabilities
• Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorders
• Psychological evaluation for bariatric surgery
• Psychological evaluation for pain interventions

There will be a flat fee of $1,000 for all evaluations.  This fee includes a diagnostic interview, psychological testing, rating scales, a feedback session and a written report.  A $200 non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of scheduling an appointment.  This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the evaluation and the remainder amount will be due at the time of service.
