Rates & Insurance

Rates:

• $200 for initial intake appointment

• $170 per 45-50 minute session thereafter

• $200 per hour for assessment

We are on a number of insurance panels, and are happy to file your insurance for you.

If services are not covered by insurance, you have the right to a good faith estimate of the cost of your pre-booked, non-emergency sessions before you begin treatment. You can visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises/consumers for more information about this right.

Cancellation Policy:

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $50 fee. These missed sessions cannot be billed to your insurance carrier.
