Rates & Insurance

Rates:

• $200 for initial intake session

• $170 for 45 minute sessions

• $200 for 60 minute sessions

• $200 per hour for assessment

We are currently in-network with the following insurance companies:

• Blue Choice Behavioral Health Network (EPF and EPS policies)

• Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama

• Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal

• Lucet

• Medicare

• Uprise Health (formerly American Behavioral)

• Viva

If your insurance company is not listed above, we are currently an out-of-network provider. As a courtesy, we will be more than happy to file your out-of-network claims on your behalf or provide you with a monthly superbill with the necessary information to facilitate your own filing and reimbursement. 

If services are deemed "non-covered" by your insurance company, you have the right to a good faith estimate of the cost of your pre-booked, non-emergency sessions before you begin treatment. You can visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises/consumers for more information about this right.

Cancellation/No Show Policy:

Please keep in mind that insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for "late cancellation" or "no show" sessions. Our office requires a 24 hour notice to cancel and/or reschedule a session without charge. There will be a $50 fee if your session is not cancelled within the 24 hours and/or you no-show your session.
