Assessments

We provide several psychological assessment services at a self-pay rate for adults including:

• Learning disorders (reading, math, and writing)
• Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorders (ADHD, ADD; executive functioning deficits)
•  Psychological evaluation for bariatric surgery
• Psychological evaluation for pain intervention

There is a flat fee of $1400 for all assessment services. The fee includes a diagnostic interview, psychological testing, rating scales, a feedback session, and a written report. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling an appointment for assessment services. The deposit is applied to the total cost of the evaluation, and the remaining amount is due at the time of service.
